Over my 15 years of practice, I have developed an approach called Holistic Psychotherapy. This approach nurtures the whole person: body, mind and spirit. It integrates traditional psychotherapy techniques with other healing modalities in order to move you toward personal growth. Holistic Psychotherapy helps you tap into mindful awareness of present states of being. This safe, nurturing connection to the present moment helps you use current suffering as a teacher and a guide toward healing. With compassion and patience, I work collaboratively with you identify your strengths, determine which healing modalities are right for you, and move through your pain so that you can meet your goals.
